Sue Dalton & Morgan Cook
Sue Dalton
Sue started her real estate career in Moab in 2002 and has been one of the top agents in the Moab area for several years running. She has an eye for detail that makes the process of buying or selling a great experience for all clients. Sue also has a passion for designing and remodeling homes and she enjoys sharing this creative thinking with her clients by showing them the potential of each property.
Sue has lived in Moab since 1991. She married a native resident of Moab and together they raised their four children here. They love the red rocks and mountains and enjoy the great outdoor recreation Moab has to offer. Sue is very involved with youth programs, service projects, and events in her church and in the community. As a result, she knows Moab and the surrounding communities very well.
Morgan Cook
Morgan was born and raised in Moab and has been surrounded by all things real estate since she was a young girl. After graduating from college at Southern Utah University, Morgan got her real estate license and trained under one of the top agents in southwest Utah where she gained extensive real estate knowledge.
Since then, Morgan and her husband have purchased and renovated their own investment properties and are living out their real estate dreams. They recently moved back to Moab with their young kids and are so excited to be involved in the community that they love. Morgan joined forces with Sue in 2022 and together they provide a seamless real estate experience for both buyers and sellers.
